Yoga
At the Harmonia Ashram, yoga follows a somatic approach that invites us to listen to our body during practice, allowing for personal awareness and dynamic adaptation, based on trust in our inner self and our ability to choose.

Meditation
The approach to meditation at the Harmonia Ashram is notable for allowing the body to move freely in the first phase and then finding stillness in the second phase, without effort or stiffness.
This approach integrates both movement and stillness as essential elements for a full body experience.

WELCOME TO ASHRAM HARMONIA

What you feel matters

Ashram Harmonia it is a space dedicated to the practices of reconnecting with ourselves, with our body and with our inner world. At the Ashram we share our passion for Yoga, L'Ayurveda and the Meditation with anyone who feels the same call as us for well-being and self-care. We also host other events based on different techniques but the approach is always the same: go back to feeling our body it's at to trust of what it tells us.

THE ASHRAM

Luca & Banu brought the “Harmonia” project in 2019, when they lived in a small meditation center on a Greek island called Lesvos. In the beginning it was a “travelling” project, between Greece, Turkey (Banu's birthplace) and Italy, through which they offered only individual sessions massages.

In 2020 they moved permanently to Italy, to Turin, where Luca was born and raised, and began to dream to create your own Center dedicated to Yoga, Ayurveda and naturally to Meditation. And this is how between 2021 and 2022 theAshram Harmonia.

L'Ashram Harmonia it is found at Scarnafigi, Cuneo, Italy eqwe offer it regularly Yoga lessons, Ayurvedic treatments And Meditations, as well as other personal growth events and workshops…

OUR APPROACH

Return to yourself it is a constant exercise. The experiences of our past and our contemporary lifestyle have distanced us from our feelings, disconnecting us from ourselves. Very often we live our days "outside" our body, far from our emotions and sensations. This leads us to lead a restricted life, in which we feel little because we don't have the time or space.

Our practices are aimed at recreate that connection in us, which once existed and which we have forgotten. Like everything that starts again, especially at the beginning, this exercise needs constancy, support, Love And dedication. Putting our energy into our journey re-discovered And re-connection, with a strong and clear intention is fundamental.
